Breakfast
The breakfast room of the Falck Village Hotel is a synthesis of the philosophy that inspired the entire design of the Hotel.
Entirely made of glass, with Ecolabel oak flooring, the room is elegant and welcoming and the semicircular lamps recall the idea of suspended worlds.
When the weather is nice, it’s pleasant to sit outdoors, pampered by the aroma of coffee mixed with the smell of flowers and native aromatic plants, which the chefs themselves use for their cuisine.
It’s easy to abandon yourself and dream while listening to the sounds of nature and the tolling of the nearby Church of San Giorgio alle Ferriere.
A very rich international buffet, with organic products and availability of gluten-free products, characterized by a refined attention to food, to satisfy the needs of every nutritional culture and guarantee a great start to the day!
The Restaurant
The San Giorgio Restaurant offers an innovative concept of hotel catering, divided into different proposals to meet the needs of all our guests, whether they travel for work or for pleasure.
The cuisine reflects the philosophy of the Falck Village Hotel: simple and fresh ingredients, short cooking times to preserve the flavours, attention to detail and recipes inspired by local products.
Within our Menu, you will find many BIO, DOP, DOPG and 0 km products: all in the name of healthy cuisine, well-being and in full respect of the environment.
The internal Garden
Within the walls of the former Circolo San Giorgio, surrounded by the timeless atmosphere of the ancient houses of the Falck Village and visible from the large windows of the restaurant, there is a silent corner of greenery.
With pear trees, pomegranate trees, aromatic plants and bamboo, the Garden represents the ideal place to provide moments of relaxation in the open air.
Furnished with large umbrellas and comfortable sofas, it is perfect for a refreshing aperitif at sunset or to relax under the stars after dinner, in a refined and comfortable environment, lit by candles.
Furthermore, in our garden it’s possible to organize receptions and romantic dinners: the San Giorgio Restaurant Staff is available to propose quotes in line with your needs and to follow every detail of your event.
Accessible Hotel
To welcome our guests, we have created accessible rooms, analyzed the common areas and prepared information sheets to allow everyone to know as much as possible about the hotel before their stay.
As such, it will be possible to identify the room that best meets everyone’s specific needs in order to enjoy a stay in complete comfort and safety.
We have prepared an Information Sheet, which can be downloaded below, with all the useful information for your stay: car parks, common areas, toilets, restaurant areas and details of rooms and bathrooms, so that you’ll know all the logistical information on the hotel and the available services in advance.
